Sawing
With our range of bandsaw cutting machines, we are able to cut dimension to a maximum of 1350mm width and also offer vertical cut to a maximum of 810mm width x 3500mm length.
Machining
As one of the pioneer of Twin Head machining services in Malaysia, our Twin Head milling service can mill accurately from a minimum of 20x20mm up to 700x700mm capacity. With our full range milling and grinding machines, we can mill large blocks up to 1500x2000mm and also offer Precision Grinding of up to 900x2100mm.
Gun Drill
As one of the few gun drill service provider in Malaysia, we can drill up to 1500mm depth , means our customer can count on us as a single source for all their machining needs.
Heat Treatment
We provide numerous heat treatment services like oil and air quenching, vacuum hardening, nitriding, tempering and stress relief. We also have one of the largest stress relief furnace in Malaysia, where we can provide stress relief for work piece up to 1500x4000mm.
